The Sun-Up Sealcoats name was inspired by the combination of the beautiful Sun-Up Bowl and a lifestyle of working in the asphalt industry. Sun-up to sun-down our seasonal operation makes every day count as if it were a powder day on the mountain. This philosophy built a company culture of hard working, professional individuals that match our services with the aesthetics of where we live. We began residential installations along the side of property management in 2015. In 2018, our services expanded into its own venture making the name of Sun-Up Sealcoats a reality. Our team formulates a longer-lasting, better-looking sealer that optimizes the useful life of asphalt throughout the rocky mountain region. Since 2018, Sun-Up Sealcoats continues to expand its services across many counties in Colorado. 

Currently, we hold a variety of clients that span from Grand Junction to Denver, executing more commercial, residential and government projects every season. If it weren't for the excellent clients that Sun-Up Sealcoats has been able to serve, our business would not be what it is today. Being locally owned and operated, our ties to the communities we work in, is our priority. We strive to bring expertise and trust throughout our client portfolio.
